Hi, I’m Hannah. 🤍
Mom first. Lactation counselor-in-training second. Always learning.
I’m a mom of two, and becoming a mother changed the direction of my life in ways I never expected.
My own experiences with pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, pumping, and navigating those first overwhelming weeks of motherhood sparked something in me:
I wanted to help other moms feel less alone.
That’s what led me to pursue lactation education and eventually build a career centered around supporting mothers and babies.
⸻
Why lactation?
Because feeding your baby can come with a LOT of questions.
Is this normal?
Is my baby getting enough?
Why does breastfeeding hurt?
How often should I pump?
How do I build a freezer stash?
How do I know if my pump is working correctly?
And sometimes you just need someone who will sit down with you and say:
“Let’s figure this out together.”
That’s the kind of support I want to provide.
My approach
I believe in education without judgment.
There isn’t one perfect way to feed a baby, and every mother and baby are different.
My goal isn’t to tell you what you should do.
It’s to give you information, help you understand your options, and support you in making decisions that work for you and your family.
⸻
Where I’m headed
I’m currently completing my lactation education and continuing to build my knowledge and experience in maternal-child support.
My long-term goal is to provide comprehensive support throughout the journey — from pregnancy and birth to breastfeeding and postpartum.
Birth. Feeding. Motherhood.
That’s where my heart is.
